Project Overview

This picture is a simplified diagram of the integrated orifice flowmeter drawn by our technology through CAD. It consists of four parts: differential pressure transmitter, three-valve group, needle valve and sensor body.

The top part in the picture is the differential pressure transmitter, which converts the measured differential pressure value into flow rate and outputs it as a standard 4-20mA current signal.

One end of the three-valve group is connected to the differential pressure transmitter, and the other end is connected to the needle valve through the pressure tube. It consists of three interconnected valves, mainly used to balance the pressure in the positive and negative pressure chambers.

The needle valve has two connected to the high-pressure end and the low-pressure end respectively, and is used to control the air pressure transmitted to the differential pressure transmitter. Flow can be controlled to a certain extent.

The bottom is the orifice flowmeter sensor body, which is connected to the pipeline. When the fluid flows through, a pressure difference will be generated at the front and rear ends, which will be transmitted step by step to the differential pressure transmitter through the pressure pipe. to complete the flow measurement.
