1. Positioning

2. Clean the pipes

3. Measuring the size of the pipe

4. Install the bracket

Place the electromagnetic flowmeter on the bracket and use screws and other fixing devices to firmly fix it on the pipe. Make sure there is no looseness between the electromagnetic flowmeter and the pipe.

6. Connect the cables

According to the wiring diagram of the electromagnetic flowmeter, connect the corresponding cable to the positive interface. Make sure the plug and jack connections are tight to prevent loosening that may cause measurement errors.

7. Complete the grounding

In order to ensure safe and reliable operation, the electromagnetic flowmeter must be grounded. Carry out grounding operations according to relevant regulations and ensure that the ground wire and ground terminal are well connected.

8. Inspection

After completing the installation, perform a careful inspection. Make sure that all steps are completed as required, and the electromagnetic flowmeter is connected normally without any abnormalities.

9. Start-up and calibration

According to the electromagnetic flowmeter operating manual, start the equipment and perform calibration. During the calibration process, ensure that the measurement results are consistent with the value to maintain accurate flow measurement.

10. Maintenance

Regular maintenance of the electromagnetic flowmeter is the key to ensuring its normal operation. Follow the instructions in the operation manual, clean the instrument regularly, check wiring connections, etc. to ensure the long-term reliability of the equipment.
