Project Overview

A few points should be paid attention to in the maintenance of metal tube rotameter:

1. The instrument must be kept clean, especially the orifice plate of the instrument, the surface of the spinal canal and the float must be kept clean, so the instrument should be kept clean after use. Remove and clean.

2. The two covers of the indicator must be tightly closed to prevent dust from entering and affecting normal work.

3. If the instrument runs unstable, the main reason for the pointer jump is not only the electronic pulse of the flow itself, but also the possibility that the problem medium has two-phase flow (that is, the liquid phase and the gas phase exist at the same time) , as long as measures are taken to eliminate the existence of two-phase flow, the instrument can be guaranteed to operate stably.

A few points should be paid attention to when installing the metal tube rotor flowmeter:

1. In order to avoid damage during transportation, the indicator is equipped with a monkey rubber band with a fixed pointer. Before wiring, you should open the left cover of the indicator and remove it easily, and do not change the position of the pointer.

2. Open the right cover of the indicator. After the cable is passed through the cable introduction device, connect according to the wiring diagram of the rotating angle transmitter. Tighten the compression nut to fix the cable, and then Tighten the fastening screws of the left and right covers to make the indicator waterproof and dustproof.

3. Remove the opening mouth surrounding the float guide ring in the survey tube, extract the resistor that prevents the float from oscillating during transportation, and then install it as it is.

4. The flow meter should be installed vertically or on a non-vibrating pipeline where there is no danger of water. For convenient maintenance, it is best to install a bypass pipe. The flow direction of the measured medium of the vertically installed flow meter must be from bottom to top. The valve must be installed downstream of the survey location. A certain straight pipe section should be ensured at the inlet and outlet of the flow meter. When the measured medium contains solid particles, a suitable shower should be installed. If the measured medium contains magnetic particles, a magnetic shower should be installed.

5. Installation of Ex explosion-proof flow meter must be carried out in accordance with the electrical safety regulations for explosive hazardous locations of the People's Democratic Republic of China.
