Project Overview
LUB series anti-vibration vortex flowmeter is a new generation product independently developed and produced by Supmea Measurement and Control. Compared with traditional vortex flowmeters, the LUB series anti-vibration vortex flowmeter can effectively identify the signal generated by the flowmeter body and the interference signal generated by vibration and perform shielding processing to achieve accurate and stable operation. In order to ensure the safe, stable and efficient operation of the instrument, the installation location and environment should be reasonably selected.
The installation site should generally meet the following requirements:
1. Avoid strong power equipment, high-frequency equipment and strong power switching equipment
2. The influence of high-temperature heat sources and radiation sources
3. Avoid strong corrosive environments
4. Avoid strong vibration environments
5. The flow meter must be installed around There is ample space to facilitate installation, wiring and regular maintenance
The installation method should generally meet the following requirements:
1. The vortex flowmeter is installed horizontally or vertically (the flow rate of the liquid is from bottom to bottom) and above) on the pipe corresponding to its nominal diameter.
2. The upstream and downstream of the vortex flowmeter should be equipped with a certain length of straight pipe sections without obstruction. The use of appropriate rectification devices can reduce the required length of straight pipe sections.
3. The flow meter should be installed concentrically with the process pipeline, and the sealing gasket cannot protrude into the pipeline.
4. If multiple sections of pipe are used, the entire length should be straight and the axis misalignment should be minimized.
5. There should be no valves or bypass pipes within the upstream and downstream straight pipe sections of the vortex flowmeter.
6. There should be no flow regulating valve installed on the upstream side of the vortex flowmeter.
7. When there are bubbles or impurities in the liquid to be measured, it may be necessary to use a gas separator or filter upstream.
8. Make sure there are enough straight pipe sections upstream and downstream. In order to ensure that the fluid measurement cross-section is not disturbed, the recommended length of the straight pipe section is as follows when there are diameter changes or elbows near the installation location of the vortex flowmeter: < /p>
The above are the relevant requirements for the installation location and installation method of the anti-vibration vortex flowmeter, which should be implemented with reference to the actual operating conditions.
