Steam vortex flowmeter vs balanced flowmeter
Steam vortex flowmeters and balance flowmeters are relatively common flow measurement instruments, each with their own advantages and disadvantages.
View MoreParameter adjustment of electromagnetic flowmeter is an important step to ensure the accuracy and stability of its measurement.
The most important one of the main parameters of the electromagnetic flowmeter is the instrument coefficient, which is obtained by calibrating the electromagnetic flowmeter; the setting of the instrument coefficient is directly related to whether the measured flow rate is accurate. Moreover, this instrument coefficient is determined and set directly by the manufacturer, and generally does not need to be adjusted.
However, if the difference between the measured flow value and the real value is too large during use, it can be solved by modifying the instrument coefficient after eliminating other problems. So how to adjust it?
If the true value is greater than the flow rate measured by the electromagnetic flowmeter, then the corresponding instrument coefficient needs to be increased; if the true value is less than the flow rate measured by the electromagnetic flowmeter, then the corresponding instrument coefficient needs to be decreased. ; For electromagnetic flowmeters, the instrument coefficient is generally not very large, so only small changes can be made during adjustment.
The magnetic inductive flowmeter industry, these are successful cases with comparable and reference value.
