Float flowmeter, differential pressure flowmeter and rotary flowmeter are recommended for different scenarios. In reverse osmosis equipment, pure water flow is usually monitored and measured using flow meters. However, since the conductivity of pure water is very small, the electromagnetic flowmeter that is most widely used in water flow measurement is not suitable for measurement. So which flowmeter should you choose when encountering such working conditions?

Float flowmeter: The float flowmeter is also a common pure water flowmeter, which indicates the flow rate by the rise and fall of the float. In RO reverse osmosis equipment, the supporting float flowmeter can measure the pulsating flow rate of liquid to ensure stable operation of the system.

Differential pressure flow meter: High-precision differential pressure flow meter is suitable for large reverse osmosis equipment and can accurately measure large flows of pure water. For example, some manufacturers supply 4-ton reverse osmosis equipment with high-precision differential pressure flowmeters to ensure accurate flow monitoring.

Runner flowmeter: The runner flowmeter drives the rotation of the impeller through the water flow.
The flow rate is proportional to the rotational speed. The change of the rotational speed can accurately represent the change of the flow rate. . It has the characteristics of simple circuit structure, simple and convenient installation and use.
