  First, the main parameters of electromagnetic flowmeter

  (A) zero adjustment: in the absence of flow through, adjust the zero output of the flowmeter to ensure that the output signal in the vicinity of the zero point. Zero adjustment is usually carried out through the flowmeter's local operator interface or remote communication for zero calibration, or can be adjusted by rotating the zero potentiometer until the reading is zero or close to zero.

  (ii) Full-scale adjustment: Calibrate the flowmeter at its maximum flow point to ensure that the output signal matches the actual flow rate. Full-range adjustment can be achieved by setting the calibration coefficient or adjusting the upper and lower limits of the range, can also be adjusted by rotating the full-range potentiometer until the reading is the same or close to the same as the actual flow rate.

  (C) measuring pipe diameter adjustment: in the installation of the flowmeter, should ensure that the measuring pipe diameter and the actual pipe size. If there is any deviation, it can be adjusted by replacing the measuring tube.

  (D) sampling frequency adjustment: flow meter software settings, you can adjust the sampling frequency. Gradually increase the sampling frequency, observe the flowmeter's response speed and measurement accuracy, until the best results are obtained.
