Second Principle and Structure:
The main measuring element of the LZB-FA100 series glass rotor flowmeter is a vertically installed cone with the small end downward and the large end upward. A glass tube (conical tube for short) and a float inside it that can move up and down. When the fluid flows through the tapered tube from bottom to top, a pressure difference is generated between the floats, and the float rises under the action of this pressure difference. When the rising force of the float is equal to the combined force of the gravity, buoyancy force and viscosity force that the float bears, When, the float is in the equilibrium position. Therefore, there is a certain proportional relationship between the flow rate of the fluid flowing through the glass rotameter and the rising height of the float, that is, the fluid area of the meter. The seat height of the float can be used as a measure of flow rate.
