The flameproof integrated temperature transmitter (hereinafter referred to as the temperature transmitter) consists of a temperature sensor and a signal converter. The signal converter is installed on the cold end of the temperature sensor. In the box, the voltage and resistance signals detected by the temperature sensor are directly converted into 4~20mA current output. It has a simple structure and is easy to install, use and maintain. It is a new generation of temperature detection and control instruments and is very popular among designers and users. At present, it has been widely used in petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, power station, light industry and other departments. It is used in conjunction with regulators, recording instruments, computers, etc. to form various measurement control systems.

The temperature transmitter is divided into two series: thermocouple and thermal resistance according to different temperature sensors. In each series, it is divided into explosion-proof type and ordinary type according to different use occasions. The different output functions are divided into with on-site display and without on-site display. Users can choose appropriate specifications and models according to the use occasion and supporting instrument requirements.

2. Main features

1. Two-wire transmission. The two conductors supplying the signal converter also carry the output signal.

2. Output constant current signal (4~20mA). Strong anti-interference ability and good remote transmission performance.

3. The signal converter is encapsulated into modules with epoxy resin, which has the advantages of anti-vibration, corrosion resistance, moisture resistance, etc., and can be used in places with poor conditions.

4. The millivolt signal of the thermocouple is directly converted into a 4~20mA current output through the signal converter, and the signal is transmitted using ordinary cables, which can save expensive compensation wires.

5. The temperature transmitter with on-site display not only outputs a 4-20mA current signal, but also can read the actual measured temperature at the temperature measurement site, which brings great convenience to the operator.
