　　Converter gas is a medium calorific value fuel generated by blowing oxygen into the carbon in the iron water at high temperature, because of the mixing of various gases, the pressure value of the pipeline is very high, for the measurement of this gas flow needs to be able to adapt to the high-pressure environment of the flowmeter, and the V cone flowmeter is a kind of flowmeter that can be applied to the high-pressure environment.

　　V cone flowmeter working pressure can reach up to 42MPa, while other flowmeter such as thermal gas mass flowmeter can only reach a maximum of 6MPa, does not meet the converter gas pipeline for high pressure needs, and therefore can not accurately and safely measure the converter gas flow.

　　In conclusion, for the measurement of converter gas, we should use V cone flowmeter with rated pressure of 42MPa and appropriate high pressure flanges, in order to accurately and safely measure the real value.
