View MoreMetal tube float flowmeters are available in a variety of measurement configurations, including down-in-out, down-in-up, down-in-out, down-in-up, down-in-out, right-in-left-out and left-in-right-out, to suit different installation and measurement environments. Their flexibility and customizability enable the flowmeters to be widely used in industrial sites, ensuring the accuracy and convenience of flow measurement.
Metal tube float flow meters can be designed into a variety of structural forms according to different installation requirements to adapt to different pipeline layouts and measurement environments. Metal tube float flowmeters have at least the following measurement structures:
Bottom in and top out: This is the most common structure. The fluid enters from the bottom of the pipe and flows out from the top. It is suitable for most standard installation scenarios.
Bottom in and top out: after the fluid enters from below, it flows out from the top side in a horizontal direction, which is suitable for specific pipeline configurations or space restrictions.
Bottom in and top out: The inlet and outlet of this structure are on the side of the pipe. After the fluid flows in laterally, it then flows out laterally from the upper side, which is suitable for occasions where side connections are required.
Right in and left out: Fluid enters from the right side of the equipment and flows out from the left. This structure is used for specific flow direction requirements or installation space limitations.
Left in and right out: Contrary to the above, the fluid enters from the left and flows out from the right, also to adapt to specific installation conditions or process requirements.
These structural designs enable the metal tube float flowmeter to be flexibly used in various industrial sites to ensure the accuracy and convenience of flow measurement. Flow meters of different models and specifications may also support more customized interface directions to meet the actual needs of users.
The magnetic inductive flowmeter industry, these are successful cases with comparable and reference value.
