For example, the Reynolds number Re must meet more than 10,000, the medium flow rate can not be too low, in order to prevent the vortex strength is not enough to make the sensing element has a corresponding response. At the same time, the vortex frequency will affect the signal processing, sensor response frequency and circuit frequency will affect the lower limit of the measurement range. Therefore, in the design and use of vortex flowmeter, the fluid flow rate must be accounted for.
