3. Do a good job in process installation. Although this type of flow meter does not have many special requirements for process installation and use environment, any type of flow measurement instrument has such a common feature, that is, it is necessary to avoid vibration and high-temperature environment as much as possible to interfere with the flow state of components (such as compressors). , separator, pressure regulating valve, large and small heads, headers, elbows, etc.), keep the inner wall of the straight pipe section before and after the instrument smooth and straight, and ensure that the measured medium is a clean single-phase fluid, etc.

4. Strengthen post-management. Although this kind of instrument has a variety of automatic processing functions and micro-power consumption characteristics, it still needs to be strengthened after it is put into operation. For example, in order to ensure the long-term accuracy and reliability of the flow meter (to avoid unexpected outages and data loss), system calibration should be performed regularly (every 1 to 2 years), header data should be copied (daily or weekly), Change media parameters (monthly or quarterly) and check battery status, instrument coefficients and lead seals from time to time.

5. Pay attention to internal maintenance. If the measuring chamber and its components of the meter need to be regularly inspected or cleaned due to dirty air or other reasons, special attention must be paid to one thing: for precession vortex flowmeters of the same specification, the vortex generator, guide body, etc. The core components cannot be interchanged. Otherwise, the instrument measurement coefficient must be recalibrated and the temperature and pressure sensors equipped with it must be systematically calibrated.
