How does a superheated steam flowmeter work?

According to the characteristics and principles of steam, it can be divided into saturated steam and superheated steam.
Project Overview
According to the characteristics and principles of steam, it can be divided into saturated steam and superheated steam. Liquid in a saturated state is called saturated liquid, and its corresponding steam is saturated steam, but it is only wet saturated steam at first. After the water in the saturated water is completely evaporated, it becomes dry saturated steam. The temperature of steam does not increase during the process from unsaturated to wet saturated and dry saturated (the temperature from wet saturation to dry saturation remains unchanged). If it continues to be heated after dry saturation, the temperature will rise and it will become superheated steam.
The superheated steam flow meter consists of a sensor, a converter, and a display instrument.
-
When working, the flow transmitter and flow sensor convert the measured steam flow signal into a standard signal and send it to the calculator;
- The pressure signals measured by pressure instruments such as pressure transmitters and pressure sensors and the temperature compensation signals measured by temperature instruments such as thermal resistors and thermocouples are converted into standard signals and sent to the calculator;
-
The calculator receives the steam flow signal, pressure compensation signal, and temperature compensation signal measured by the system, and calculates the instantaneous flow rate, cumulative flow rate, etc. of steam through system processing, and Display, store, output, and quantitatively control the flow rate.
