Principle: Through magnetoelectric conversion, the change in liquid level is converted into a standard 4~20mA current signal or a local pointer display; the output of the transmitter is divided into three forms: a local pointer display form, a local pointer display form, and a local pointer display form. The liquid level of the magnetic float ball can be independently set for the upper and lower limit alarm switches of the liquid level according to user requirements (the alarm switch is controlled by an independent switch circuit).

All measuring parts of the magnetic float level transmitter are made of stainless steel, and the internal control circuit is completely sealed. A variety of connection forms, magnetic floats and flange standards are available for users to choose from (or flange standards are based on user requirements). For measuring corrosive media, measuring components in the form of PTFE are available for users.

Power supply for the circuit part of the magnetic float level transmitter: two-wire 24VDC.

Structure and application:

The magnetic float level transmitter consists of a magnetic float, connecting parts, measuring conduit, wiring shell and output circuit.

The magnetic float level transmitter can measure ordinary liquids and flammable liquids with a medium density greater than 0.65g/cm3, and can also measure surfaces covered with thick steam, Foam or liquid mixed with gas. Widely used in shipbuilding, power generation, petroleum, chemical, food, pharmaceutical, water treatment and other industries.
