Installation of LUB series vortex flowmeters for high pressure steam

Project Overview

In order to ensure the normal operation of the high-pressure steam flow meter and the accuracy of the measurement data, its installation must be carried out in strict accordance with the requirements, comprehensive consideration of all factors, and scientific installation.

1. Ensure that the instrument is not damaged during the installation process, and open the hole accurately according to the hole size requirements to avoid impact and high temperature on the sensor.

2. The inner diameter of the pipe must be the same as the inner diameter of the sensor. If they are not exactly the same, a pipe slightly larger than the diameter of the sensor should be used. The error between the inner diameter of the sensor and the inner diameter of the pipe must be ≤3%.

3. Sufficiently long straight pipe sections should be left on the upstream and downstream sides of the sensor. Due to the different differences between the front and rear, installation is required.

4. Install on a pipe without mechanical vibration and keep it as far away from magnetic and electrical interference places as possible. If the pipe vibrates, the installation location must be changed or a fixed bracket must be used.
