The input level transmitter is based on the principle that the static pressure of the measured liquid is directly proportional to the height of that liquid, and adopts the piezoresistive effect of diffusion silicon or ceramic sensitive elements to convert the static pressure into an electrical signal. Project Overview

  The sensor part of the product can be directly put into the liquid, and the transmitter part can be fixed by flange or bracket, which is extremely convenient for installation and use. The input level transmitter is widely used in petroleum, chemical industry, power plant, urban water supply and drainage, hydrological exploration and other fields of water and liquid level measurement and control.

  一、Installation matters:

  • 1、Deep well transmitter should use supporting oil pipe (water pipe) special ferrule fixed cable, to prevent extrusion damage to the cable, the sensor part of the vertical installation, to avoid mud and sand and other impurities buried or clogged transmitter probe part.
  • 2、The tee outlet part is filled with a special sealant gasket and sealant, and the extruded nut is tightened with a wrench to prevent air and water leakage.
  • 3、The whole signal cable is led to the inside of the distribution cabinet to prevent rainwater from seeping into the inside of the cable at the junction head and causing damage. The transmitter is used for hydrological and seismic monitoring wells and reservoir dam installations.
  • 4、When the transmitter is used for downhole measurement alone, and the cable length is greater than 100 meters, an additional load-bearing wire rope should be added, together with the signal cable down the well, to protect the signal cable from being overloaded and resulting in damage to the signal cable.


  • 1、Confirm that the output voltage of the power supply is correct; the positive and negative wiring of the power supply corresponds to the positive and negative wiring of the product; the maximum height of the liquid level is within the range of the product.
  • 2、Probe pressure sensor is a precision device, the user in the use of please do not disassemble, not to touch the diaphragm, so as not to cause damage to the product.
  • 3、Please avoid the level transmitter cable terminals (where the warning sign is affixed) to be immersed in water, which will cause water to enter into the ventilation line and lead to the transmitter being damaged by water ingress.
  • 4、Please avoid the level transmitter's cable wires being scratched by knives or other sharp metal objects, which may cause damage to the transmitter by water ingress.
