1、No live display

• 1）Check that the wiring is correct.
• 2）Check that the power supply is correct.

2、No current output

• 1）First look at the wiring to see if it is correct.

3、On-site LCD total display 0 or full scale

• 1）Check the Set Range, Zero parameters in the 2000 code. It is required that ZERO should be less than the value of SPAN, and the two values should not be equal.
• 2）Check whether the sampling data up, push the pointer by hand to see the sampling value changes, if there is no change, generally for the circuit board sampling circuit failure, need to replace the circuit board.

4、Incorrect alarm

• 1）Check that the deviation setting d value is not too large.
• 2）Check the size of the alarm value setting in the SU.
• 3）Is the logic function correct in the FUN function. the HA-A indicates the upper limit positive logic.

5、If the LCD barcode indicates correctly and the output has no action, you can check whether the external power supply and the negative pole of the external power supply are connected to the negative pole of the instrument power supply.

6、Faulty circuit board, replace circuit board.

7、Incorrect accumulated pulse output

• 1）Check that the alarm value of the one that selects the accumulated pulse output is set to zero.
