The top-mounted magnetic flip-flop level gauge is also called top-mounted magnetic flip-flop level gauge. Top-mounted magnetic flip-flop level gauge is divided into two parts, the upper part is on the top of the vessel, and the lower part is installed in the vessel, connected with the vessel flange by a flange. The float in the conduit of the lower part of the liquid is connected to the magnetic head in the upper part of the conduit by a connecting rod. Top-mounted magnetic flip-flop level gauge must be kept vertical during installation, and the connecting rod must not be bent. Before the top-mounted magnetic flip-flop level meter is installed and used, the magnetic flip-flop of the indicator needs to be guided once with the attached magnet, so that the magnetic flip-flop level meter indicates white above the zero level and red below the zero level. Through the non-contact alarm switch to make the conversion starting contact according to the liquid level given value action, so as to achieve the purpose of liquid level control. The alarm switch is installed in the desired control position of the liquid level meter and the converter is installed in the control room.
Side-mounted magnetic flip-flop level gauge has a cavity (called the main body tube or float) that holds the float, which is connected to the vessel through a flange or other interface to form a connector. According to the principle of the connector, the liquid level in the float is equal to the liquid level in the vessel, so the float in the float will rise and fall with the liquid level in the vessel. According to the magnetic coupling principle, the magnetic flip-flop (the two sides of the flip-flop are coated with white and red respectively) on the external display panel of the float will flip 180° under the drive of the magnetic float. Generally, when the liquid level in the container rises, the flip-flop changes from white to red, and when the liquid level in the container falls, the flip-flop changes from red to white, and the red-white junction of the indicator is the actual height of the liquid level in the container, so as to realise the accurate measurement of the liquid level.
Side-mounted magnetic flip-flop level gauge, also known as side-mounted magnetic flip-flop level gauge. Side-mounted magnetic flap level gauge is installed on the extension pipe on the outside of the barrel tank, and the liquid level inside the barrel tank can be clearly known by the flap indicator. In the bypass tube can also be installed on the outside of the magnetic switch, as an electrical contact signal output, magnetic flip-flop level meter barrel tank outside the device extends the bypass tube, from the bypass tube outside the installation of the level indicator, the float equipped with magnets into the bypass tube, because of the magnetic colour film is equipped with a magnetic opposite to the magnetic float of the magnets, so when the float rises will attract the magnetic colour film flap, magnetic colour film colour will be flipped to red from the white, in order to indicate the actual The magnetic colour flips from white to red to indicate the actual liquid level.
