Working principle:

3. Viscous substances: High-viscosity liquids tend to adhere to the surface when passing through the V-cone flowmeter, gradually forming deposits and eventually leading to blockage.
Methods to reduce the risk of clogging:
Although V-cone flow meters may be at risk of clogging, taking the following precautions can reduce this risk:
1 .Pretreat fluid: Before the flow meter, use filters or other pretreatment equipment to remove solid particles, fibers and other impurities. This reduces the likelihood of clogging.
2. Regular maintenance and cleaning: Regularly check and clean the internal parts of the V-cone flowmeter to prevent the accumulation of sediments. According to the characteristics of the media, select the appropriate cleaning method and cleaning agent.
3. Choose appropriate materials: Choose corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant materials according to the characteristics of the medium to ensure the long-term use of the V-cone flowmeter.
