For example, the same caliber is DN25, the basic range is 0.5~175Nm³/h, and the extended range is 0.18~180Nm³/h. So the approximate range of air flow in a DN25 diameter pipe is 0.3~20Nm³/h. Can a thermal gas mass flow meter be used?

The basic measurement range of a thermal air mass flow meter refers to the minimum to maximum flow value that the flow meter can accurately measure and provide under specific conditions. This range is usually set by the manufacturer based on the device's design capabilities and intended use.

The extended range refers to the flow range beyond the basic measurement range. Within this range, the flow meter may still be able to provide certain measurement readings, but these readings may have large errors or cannot be guaranteed to be consistent with the flow rate. Consistency with actual traffic. In other words, extended range is an additional operable area that is added to respond to larger or smaller traffic events at the expense of accuracy.

Part of the flow range mentioned above is 0.3~20Nm³/h, which is not within the basic range. The flow measurement accuracy of this part cannot be guaranteed, but a rough range can still be measured in this range. . If the accuracy requirements of the flow meter are not high, this thermal gas mass flow meter can be used.
