Is a thermal gas mass flow meter a gas mini flow meter?

Thermal gas mass flowmeter can be used to measure small flow rates of gas, but whether it is a small gas flow meter mainly depends on its range and design. Due to its working principle, thermal gas mass flow meters are usually sensitive to low flow rates and can provide high accuracy, so they are widely used in small flow gas measurement scenarios.

However, the same thermal gas mass flow meter can also be designed to measure larger flow rates. Therefore, although it can be used for small flow measurement, it does not mean that it is limited to small flow measurement. Whether it is a small gas flow meter depends on its specific range and design specifications. If there are clear flow range requirements, a thermal gas mass flowmeter with a corresponding range should be selected to ensure accurate measurement.
