1. Correct installation conditions
(1) Pipe conditions:
1. The pipe should be in a horizontal state, for installation directly above the pipe.
2. The inner wall of the pipe should be smooth and free of burrs, welding slag and other impurities that may affect fluid flow.
3. The diameter of the pipe should match the specifications of the flow meter to ensure measurement accuracy.
(2) Fluid conditions:
1. The fluid should be a single-phase fluid to avoid multi-phase fluids (such as gas-liquid mixtures) from affecting the measurement.
2. The flow state of the fluid should be stable to avoid unstable flow phenomena such as eddy currents and pulsations.
3. The temperature, pressure and other parameters of the fluid should be within the measurement range of the flow meter.
(3) Environmental conditions:

2. Insert the flow meter into the short pipe and ensure that the flow meter and flange are tightly connected.
3. If a ball valve is used, the ball valve should be installed on the short pipe and connected, and then the ball valve should be opened to check the fluid flow.
(4) Adjustment and calibration:
1. Adjust the insertion depth of the flow meter to ensure that the central axis of the probe coincides with the central axis of the pipe.
2. Check whether the fluid flow direction is consistent with the flow direction indicator arrow on the flow meter. It is strictly forbidden to pull the flow direction indicator rod.
3. Calibrate as needed to ensure the measurement accuracy of the flow meter.
(5) Inspection and testing:
