  High-containing ferrous sulfate is a common chemical widely used in battery manufacturing and other industrial processes. Measurement and monitoring of high levels of ferrous sulfate is therefore critical to ensure production and environmental safety.

  When handling high levels of ferrous sulfate, the flow rate of the medium needs to be measured. However, due to the chemical properties of the medium, conventional flow meters cannot be well adapted as the medium corrodes the sensor and piping and affects the accuracy of the measurement.   Based on this need, a new method for measuring the equilibrium flow rate of liquid media with high ferrous sulfate content is proposed. The method is based on basic physical principles and the theory of fluid dynamics, combined with modern sensors and electronics, and can measure the flow rate of high ferrous sulfate-containing liquid media and provide reliable data.

  The flowmeter measures using the equilibrium principle and calculates the flow rate by measuring the pressure difference between two neighboring cross-sections. Both the sensor and the pipe are made of highly corrosion-resistant materials, which effectively protects the medium from corrosion. In addition, the flowmeter is equipped with some advanced features, such as automatic calibration and fault diagnosis, which can further improve the accuracy and reliability of measurement.

  In conclusion, the new balanced flowmeter for high ferrous sulfate-containing liquid media can effectively measure the flow of this highly corrosive liquid medium and provide stable and reliable data.
