1. Working principle
The working principle of the anti-seismic vortex flowmeter is based on the Karman vortex principle. When the fluid passes through the triangular prism-shaped vortex generator in the flow meter, two alternating rows of vortices will be generated behind it. The frequency of these vortices is directly proportional to the flow rate of the fluid. By measuring the frequency of these vortices, the flow rate of the fluid can be accurately calculated. The sensor generates a changing charge signal synchronously with the pressure pulsation of the vortex. After the signal is amplified, filtered, shaped and processed by an electronic amplifier, a pulse signal proportional to the flow signal is output, thereby realizing flow measurement.
