When users choose a gas mass flow meter, price is an important reference. The important parameters that affect the price are the following:

1. Type of flow meter: the same For gas measurement, the prices of V-cone flow meters and thermal gas mass flow meters are different. There are many accessories for V-cone flow meters, so the price of a complete set is more expensive.

2. Structure form of flow meter: Insertion flow meter is slightly cheaper than pipe flow meter. In terms of materials, the pipe segment type uses more metal materials. When used under the same working conditions, the pipe-section flowmeter has greater mass and the transportation price is also higher.

   

3. Temperature: Conventional models are suitable for normal temperature and cannot exceed 80℃ at most. If the fluid temperature exceeds this temperature, you need to choose a high-temperature type, because the high-temperature type has more heat dissipation components and is more expensive.

4. Output signal: Most flow meters on the market now normally output a 4-20mA current signal. If other output signals are required, such as: RS485, HART, etc., All require a price increase.

   

5. Accuracy level: The prices of accuracy levels of 0.5% and 1% are naturally different. If you want a higher grade, you can also customize it, so the price will naturally be higher.
