Magnetic inductive flowmeter cleaning electrode fouling several methods
Time: 2024-07-17
How to clean the electrode dirt of magnetic inductive flowmeter, magnetic inductive flowmeter can be used in various industries, mainly used to measure the flow of fluid.
Project Overview
But at the end of the measurement, cleaning and maintenance of the electrode is a vital work, for electrode cleaning clean, magnetic inductive flowmeter manufacturers to help you give the following suggestions.
- 1、Mechanical cleaning: Mechanical scrapers are used for descaling. With stainless steel made of a knife with a thin shaft, through the hollow electrode to lead out the knife, so the composition of the mechanical scraper. When rotating the thin shaft from the outside, the scraper close to the electrode end of the plane rotation, scrape off the dirt.
- 2、Ultrasonic cleaning: The ultrasonic voltage of 45~65kHz generated by the ultrasonic generator is added to the electrode, so that the ultrasonic energy is concentrated on the contact surface between the electrode and the medium, so as to make use of the ultrasonic ability to break up the dirt and achieve the purpose of cleaning.
- 3、Electrochemistry: According to the principle of electrochemistry, the study of the electric field at the interface between the electrode and the fluid reveals that the molecules, atoms or ions of the substance have an enriched or depleted adsorption phenomenon at the interface, and it is also found that the majority of the inorganic anions are surface-active substances with typical ionic adsorption laws, whereas the inorganic cations have very little surface activity. Therefore electrochemical cleaning of electrodes is considered only for anion adsorption.
- 4、Electrical breakdown: This method uses AC high voltage electricity added periodically between the electrode and the medium, generally added 30~100 V. As the electrode is attached, its surface contact resistance becomes larger, the added voltage is almost concentrated on the attachment, and the high voltage will break through the attachment, and then be washed away by the fluid. However, this method also has safety hazards.
