Today we mainly look at the application of vortex flowmeters in the power plant's smart heating network system and the main performance parameter requirements.
Project Overview
The power plant smart heating network system is based on the Internet of Things architecture, which combines the traditional heating of the power plant with intelligent operation to achieve remote monitoring and control. The composition of the power plant's smart heating network system is relatively complex.
In the smart heating network system of the power plant, the vortex flowmeter can be used in the thermal user measurement and control terminal to measure the temperature, pressure, flow and other parameters of the terminal pipeline. Its main performance parameter requirements are:
Range ratio: greater than 10:1
Measurement accuracy: better than ±1%
Repeatability: in the smallest straight pipe section During 2D installation, the repeatability is not less than ±0.1%
Applicable pressure: 0~16MPa
Ambient temperature: -10~100℃
Ambient humidity: 5 ~100% relative humidity
