Basic measuring range of thermal air mass flow meters
Choose a flowmeter and understanding the measurement range of the flowmeter can help us make a better choice.
View MoreThe price of high-temperature electromagnetic flowmeters is usually higher than that of ordinary electromagnetic flowmeters due to their use of different materials and special manufacturing processes.
High temperature electromagnetic flowmeters are usually more expensive than ordinary electromagnetic flowmeters due to their material and manufacturing costs. The maximum measuring temperature of ordinary electromagnetic flowmeters can only reach 80°C, but the high-temperature type obviously has more than that. The materials and protective measures used in high-temperature electromagnetic flowmeters are different from ordinary electromagnetic flowmeters. They are more able to adapt to high-temperature fluid measurement environments. In contrast, ordinary electromagnetic flowmeters usually use conventional carbon steel and plastic materials, which cannot withstand the high temperature, high pressure and high wear fluid measurement environment. Therefore, the material cost of high-temperature electromagnetic flowmeters is relatively high.
The manufacturing process of high-temperature electromagnetic flowmeters is also relatively complex. Since high-temperature electromagnetic flowmeters need to work in high-temperature environments, special manufacturing processes and technologies are required to ensure their accuracy and reliability. For example, the coils and sensors of high-temperature electromagnetic flowmeters need to be specially designed and manufactured to adapt to high-temperature environments. In addition, high-temperature electromagnetic flowmeters also require strict quality control and testing to ensure that their performance and quality meet standards. Therefore, due to the relatively complex material cost and manufacturing process of high-temperature electromagnetic flowmeters, their prices are usually higher than ordinary electromagnetic flowmeters. However, ordinary electromagnetic flowmeters cannot achieve high accuracy and reliability in high-temperature fluid measurement environments. In order to meet the needs of specific industries, high-temperature electromagnetic flowmeters can only be selected.
The magnetic inductive flowmeter industry, these are successful cases with comparable and reference value.
