1. Inspection before powering on and flowing after on-site installation

1) Flanges, valves, pressure measuring holes, and temperature measurement on the main pipe and bypass pipe There should be no leakage in the holes and joints; 2) Whether the vibration of the pipeline complies with the instructions; 3) Whether the sensor is installed correctly and whether the electrical connection of each part is good.

2. Turn on the power for static debugging

When the power is on and the flow is off, the converter should have no output, the instantaneous flow indication is zero, and the cumulative flow does not change. Otherwise, first check whether interference signals are introduced due to poor signal line shielding or grounding, or strong pipe vibration. If it is confirmed that the reason is not the above, you can adjust the potentiometer in the converter, reduce the gain of the amplifier or increase the trigger level of the shaping circuit until the output is zero.

3. Flow dynamic debugging

Close the bypass valve, open the upstream and downstream valves, and after the flow is stable, the converter outputs continuous pulses with uniform pulse width, and the flow indication is stable without jumps, adjust the valve opening, and the output changes accordingly. Otherwise, the potentiometer should be carefully checked and adjusted until the instrument output has neither false triggering nor missing pulses.

In addition, when the measured medium is dirty or easy to scale, the inner wall of the flow meter should be cleaned regularly. During cleaning, the vortex generator and detection probe should be protected, and be careful not to damage its surface and edges. The end cover of the detection amplifier shell should be tightened appropriately after wiring debugging to ensure its sealing. Do not leave any liquid or debris inside the housing during maintenance and inspection. It should be noted that non-professionals are not allowed to disassemble the components at will during maintenance to avoid damage to the flow meter.
