Project Overview

Whether it has a special equipment production license is one of the important conditions for measuring a vortex flowmeter manufacturer. When manufacturers apply for this qualification, they mainly refer to the following basis.

1. "Special Equipment Safety Law of the People's Republic of China"

Article 18 The state implements a licensing system for the production of special equipment in accordance with the principle of classified supervision and management. Special equipment production units must meet the following conditions and obtain permission from the department responsible for special equipment safety supervision and management before they can engage in production activities:

(1) Have professional and technical personnel suitable for production;

(2) Have equipment, facilities and workplaces suitable for production;

(3) Have sound quality assurance, safety management and job responsibility systems.

2. "Special Equipment Safety Supervision Regulations"

Article 11 The design unit of pressure vessels must obtain permission from the Special Equipment Safety Supervision and Administration Department of the State Council before engaging in the design of pressure vessels Activity.

The design unit of pressure vessels shall meet the following conditions:

(1) Have designers and design reviewers suitable for the design of pressure vessels;

(2) There are places and equipment that are suitable for the design of pressure vessels;

(3) There are sound management systems and responsibility systems that are suitable for the design of pressure vessels.

Article 14: “Manufacture, installation and modification units of boilers, pressure vessels, elevators, hoisting machinery, passenger ropeways, large amusement facilities and their safety accessories and safety protection devices, as well as units for pressure pipelines Manufacturing units of pipes, pipe fittings, valves, flanges, compensators, safety protection devices, etc., and units that manufacture and modify special vehicles on site (factory) must obtain permission from the special equipment safety supervision and administration department of the State Council before they can engage in corresponding activities "

3. "Decision of the State Council on Setting Administrative Licenses for Administrative Approval Items that Really Need to Be Retained" (State Council Order No. 412)

Item 249 of the attachment: "Pressure pipelines The design, installation, use, inspection units and personnel qualifications are implemented by the State Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine and the quality and technical supervision departments of local people’s governments at or above the county level. ”
