The actual height of the liquid level in the container can be directly observed through the glass plate. The upper and lower valves are equipped with safety steel balls. When the glass is accidentally damaged, the steel balls will automatically seal under the action of the internal pressure of the container to prevent the liquid in the container from overflowing and ensure the safety of the operator.

If it is normal, then close the downpipe valve, open the drain valve, and let the liquid level in the main pipe drop. Operate according to this method three times. If it is indeed normal, it can be put into operation.

3. The magnetic flap level gauge is the simplest direct indicating level instrument that works under higher pressure. Its reliability and economy are unmatched by other instruments. As a basic Liquid level indicating instruments are indispensable in the simplest liquid level measurement situations and in large-scale engineering projects with a high degree of automation. 4. When disassembling and cleaning the liquid level gauge, you can open the bottom flange and take out the magnetic float level gauge for cleaning. After cleaning, be sure to pay attention when installing the magnetic float: the heavy end with the magnetic end should face upward. , must not be installed upside down, otherwise the level gauge will not work properly. Before use, use a calibration magnet to turn the balls below zero into red and the other balls into white.
