LUB series pipe-type vortex flowmeter is a relatively common flow measurement instrument. It is currently widely used in measuring the flow of various gas and liquid media in the industrial field.

1. High accuracy: Its measurement accuracy is high, up to level 0.75, which meets the requirements of internal measurement assessment and trade settlement measurement of enterprises.

2. Wide range ratio: the highest range ratio can reach 1:35, which is suitable for occasions with a large flow range.

3. Small pressure loss: Due to its stable structural design, the pressure loss is small when the fluid passes through, and it has little impact on the fluid flow.

4. High reliability: There are no moving mechanical parts, so it has advantages in high reliability and low maintenance.

5. Multiple signal outputs: LUB series vortex flowmeter has analog standard signal and digital pulse signal output, and is easy to be used with various digital systems.

6. Wide scope of application: suitable for gas, liquid, steam and other media, and can be widely used in petrochemical, metallurgy, textile, urban construction, energy and other industries.

When installing the LUB series pipeline vortex flowmeter, there are requirements for straight pipe sections and pipeline vibration, that is, there should be longer straight pipe sections on the upstream and downstream sides of the vortex flow sensor; the pipeline must not have vibration. If there is vibration, it is necessary to add fixing devices to both sides of the flow meter.
