Project Overview

LUB steam flowmeter is a new generation of digital vortex flowmeter developed by Supmea Measurement and Control. Compared with traditional steam flow meters, LUB steam flow meters have a wider measurement range, better anti-vibration effects, and more stable operation. They are currently widely used in internal measurement assessments and trade settlements of enterprises.

LUB steam flow meter installation steps

• Make openings on the pipe according to the opening size requirements.

• Put the entire set of instruments connected to the upper flange into the open pipe.

• Perform spot welding positioning on both sides of the two flanges.

• Remove the sensor and weld the flange as required; drain and clean it.

• Insert the sensor into the middle of the welded flange and connect it with bolts.
