Magnetic Inductive Flow Meter Is Used For Sewage Treatment
Time: 2024-06-03
The customer is a local sewage treatment plant in Malaysia and has purchased our magnetic induced flow meter for flow measurement in the sewage treatment process, including treatment facilities such as inlet, regulating tank, biochemical tank, contact oxidation tank, secondary sedimentation tank, etc.
The working principle of electromagnetic flowmeter is based on Faraday's law of electromagnetic induction. When a conductive liquid passes through a measuring device in a magnetic field, an electromotive force is induced in the liquid. The magnitude of the electromotive force is proportional to the flow rate of the liquid, and the flow rate of the liquid can be calculated by measuring the electromotive force.
Project Overview
Magnetic inductive flow meters are widely used in the sewage treatment industry, such as in the inlet and outlet pipes, sedimentation tanks, aeration tanks, and other aspects of sewage treatment plants. In these scenarios, electromagnetic flow meters can quickly and accurately measure sewage flow, providing important data support for the production and management of sewage treatment plants.
Project advantages
The advantages of electromagnetic flow meters in sewage treatment plants:
- 1. High measurement accuracy: Compared to other instruments for measuring sewage flow, electromagnetic flow meters have higher measurement accuracy;
- 2. Long service life: The electromagnetic flowmeter has no worn parts inside, reducing the maintenance cost of the equipment during use, resulting in a longer service life;
- 3. Remote control: Electromagnetic flow meters are divided into integrated and split types. The split type installation is more flexible and can be remotely controlled according to the on-site installation environment.
