In order to ensure the normal and stable operation of the intelligent vortex flowmeter, it needs to be debugged according to actual working conditions.
Project Overview
In order to ensure the normal and stable operation of the intelligent vortex flowmeter, it needs to be debugged according to actual working conditions. The specific steps are as follows:
1. Installation quality inspection
After completing the mechanical installation and electrical installation of the vortex flowmeter, relevant inspections need to be made on the installation quality. First, check whether the vortex flowmeter sensor and installation direction are correct. Secondly, check whether flanges, valves and other accessories are installed properly. In addition, it is also necessary to check whether the electrical connection of the vortex flowmeter is correct and whether the grounding is good. Power can be turned on only after all problems are confirmed.
2. Static debugging
After the vortex flowmeter is powered on, the vortex flowmeter needs to be statically debugged. During the static debugging process, it is necessary to observe whether the ratings and ripples of the various working power supplies of the vortex flowmeter are normal, and whether the working conditions of the vortex flowmeter and instruments are normal. In addition, it is also necessary to check the vibration of the vortex flowmeter and observe whether it is interfered by vibration. If it is interfered by vibration, measures need to be taken to eliminate the vibration.
3. Dynamic debugging
The dynamic debugging of the vortex flowmeter mainly depends on whether the circulation of the vortex flowmeter is stable and whether the flow indication value is correct. You can compare the actual flow rate with the calculated flow rate to see if it is normal.
The above are the debugging steps of the intelligent vortex flowmeter. For more questions about intelligent vortex flow meters, please feel free to contact Supmea Measurement and Control.
